    → First-floor duplex apartment of approximately 45 m² + 30 m² terrace:

    → Bright east-west facing open-plan living room and kitchen.

    → Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, fridge/freezer

    → One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) on the main living floor, with 100% linen bed sheets

    → One mezzanine bedroom with two 90 cm beds, with 100% linen bed sheets

Arrival and departure days at your convenience  --  Preferential rate for stays of 7 nights or more

Minimum booking of 4 nights from July 3 to August 27.

At your disposal:

    → Beach towel for each guest

    → Kitchen towels, sponge, and dish soap

    → Trash bags and toilet paper for the entire stay.

    → Household cleaning products & dishwasher and washing machine tablets “La marque en moins”

    → Kitchen kit - Dona Fonseca olive oil, cider vinegar, salt, pepper...
