PETS
Only dogs are allowed, at an additional cost of €20/day. Contact with the owner is
required in advance —otherwise, your stay may be refused. For assistance dogs, a
certificate will be required ; otherwise, the additional fee will apply.
Animals are not allowed to be left alone in the lodges or rooms.
Thank you for your understanding.

RESERVATION
=> 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking
=> The balance is due one month before arrival.
If you book less than one month before your arrival, you must pay the full amount of the stay at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Before arrival: deposits and balances paid remain the property of the owner, even in cases of force majeure. Please consider taking out travel insurance.

CONDITIONS FOR CHANGING YOUR STAY
The dates of your stay can be changed, subject to availability: in this case, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Covid 19: if a new lockdown is imposed during your stay, a credit note will be issued for the amounts paid (except in July and August).

INTERRUPTION OF STAY
In the event of interruption of the stay by the customer, no refund will be made.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
• Arrival : check-in is from 4 p.m. (5 p.m. in July and August)
• Departure :
   - Lodges: by 11 a.m. at the latest, in a clean condition (trash cans emptied, kitchen and refrigerator clean, bathroom and floors in a clean condition).
   - Rooms: by 12 p.m. at the latest.
If you do not comply with these times, you may be charged an additional fee.

PRICES
For Lodges :
The cleaning fee is included; however, if the apartment is not left in a clean condition, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee (€50 per hour). A deposit of €2,000 is required by credit card for Lodges at the time of signing the inventory.
In all cases : Any costs for repairs, cleaning, broken or damaged equipment will be charged to you and must be paid directly on site.

USE OF THE PREMISES
The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the intended purpose of the premises.
If the number of tenants exceeds the number indicated when the contract was signed, the owner reserves the right to refuse additional tenants, to terminate the contract without refund, or to request a supplement (minimum €200 per person per night).

INSURANCE
The tenant must provide a copy of their civil liability insurance in the event of a problem or pay the costs of any damage directly on site.

LIABILITY
SARL Le Lodge cannot be held liable for any theft, loss, or damage you may su􀌸er within the residence.

COMPLAINTS
Complaints relating to your stay must be sent by registered letter to: SARL Le Lodge, 11 avenue de Bordeaux, 33970 Le Cap Ferret, within eight days of your departure. In the event of a dispute, the court of Arcachon shall have sole jurisdiction.
