Terms & Conditions



All linen est provides, beds made upon your arrival.

At your disposal, in paid "Extras" :

* Breadkfast an snacking (all homemade)

* Household products and the Comfort kit for the kitchen

* Laundry and ironing service


PETS

Only dogs are allowed, with a supplement of €10/day. Contact with the dog's owner upstream is highly desired.


BOOKING

From July 5th to August 30th
=> 50% deposit to be paid at time of booking

=> The balance 2 months before arrival.

If you book two months before arrival, you must pay the full amount at the time of booking.


From April 18th to July 5th and from August 31st to December 31st

=> 50% deposit to be paid at time of booking

=> The balance 15 days before your arrival.


STAY

Arrival : you will be welcomed from 5 p.m. (in July and August), from 4 p.m. outside this period.
Departure :

* the apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest,  in a clean and tidy condition (bins emptied, clean kitchen and fridge, bathroom and floors in good condition).

* the rooms must be vacated not later than 11 p.m.


For the Lodges : The keys are handed over at the same time as the apartment is presented as well as the signing of the inventory. Any problems identified in the Lodge should be reported at that time.


Any possible costs of repairs, cleaning or broken or damaged equipment will be your responsability and paid directly on site.


PRICES
Includes linens and beds made upon your arrival.

The cleaning fee is included. However, if the apartment is not returned in a reasonable state of clianliness, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning supplement (€50 per hour).


USE OF PREMISES
The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use the premises in accordance with its intended purpose.
If the number of tenants exceeds the number indicated at the time of signing the contract, the owner reserves the right to refuse additional tenants, to terminate the contract without refund or to charge a supplement (minimum €150 per person and per night).


INSURANCE
In case of any problem, the tenant must provide Civil liability or pay the costs of damage on site.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Before entry in possession :  deposits and balaces already paid remain the property of the owner - even in the event of force majeure. Consider taking out a travel insurance.


CONDITIONS FOR MODIFYING A STAY

Stay dates may be modified, except in July and August, depending on availibily.


A 15' days notice at least is required.


COVID 19: if a new confinement occurs during your reservation period, a credit will be generated on the sum paid (except on July and August)


INTERRUPTION OF STAY
In the event of interruption of the stay by the customer, no refund will be made.


RESPONSABILITY
SARL Le Lodge cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage you may suffer within the residence.


COMPLAINTS
Complaints relating to your stay must be sent by registered letter to : SARL Le Lodge, 11 avenue de Bordeaux, 33970 Le Cap Ferret, within eight days of your departure. In the event of a dispute, only the Arcachon court will have sole jurisdiction.
